Tarot cards have been used as divinatory tools since the early 18th century. A Tarot reading allows you to gain insight into the past, present, and/or future for yourself or for a situation.

I will help you find a space of calm centeredness from which to formulate as clear, concise and specific a question as possible. Guided by my intuition and experience, we will create a card spread for your query. We will then go into as much depth as necessary, and gain as much clarification as you desire during our time together.

I believe a Tarot reading is less a definite prediction of future events and more an indication of energetic potential. In other words, I believe that Tarot merely indicates where a situation is heading given the energy surrounding the situation at the moment of the reading. This allows space for YOU to be in charge of whether this energetic potential comes into realization, or whether to be an agent of change, using your actions and intentions to change the energy and create a different outcome.

+ Soul Journey & Past Life Regression

Tune into your subconscious mind via a personalized one-on-one guided meditation in the comfort of your own home. Retrieve a very personal narrative of full of wisdom and relevance to your life.

Soul Journey: This personal guided meditation is a very safe and comfortable way to relax deeply and connect with your inner wisdom. Meet with your inner guide and receive a personally meaningful narrative from your subconscious that can be used to assist you in self-realization, transformation, personal growth and healing, or simply to bring clarity to a situation.

We will spend some time after the Soul Journey to discuss and interpret your narrative.

Past Life Regression (aka Healing Life Story): A deeper version of the Soul Journey, a Past Life Regression can be viewed as a metaphoric narrative from your subconscious mind, or as an actual past life revisited. Accessed via a guided meditation in a deeply relaxed state (“regression”), your Past Life Story plays out like a lucid dream or short movie featuring you. Exploring and examining this "other life" story is extremely helpful in understanding, healing, and clearing away fears and phobias, repetitive negative patterns, limitations, and obstacles in your daily life. + Reiki Healing

Reiki is a very simple, gentle hands-on healing technique that balances the body's energy and promotes health, allowing the body to heal itself.

The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese characters: rei meaning spiritual and ki meaning energy or universal life force. Reiki healing is based on the fact that all matter is composed of energy, and that energy which is pure vibrates at a higher frequency. When we are healthy and all is well, our innate energy flows smoothly and vibrates at a high frequency. However, when this energy flow in our body is unbalanced or blocked, the vibratory rate drops dramatically, and dis-ease or dis-comfort arises. By drawing on the infinite, unlimited pure universal energy that surrounds us, Reiki harmonizes the body's internal energy and thus enables it to return to a higher level of vibration and a state of improved health.

During a Reiki session, the Reiki practitioner channels high-vibrational, pure universal energy through the hands to the client. This gently clears any blockages while facilitating the body's natural tendency to return to a state of balance and harmony.

+ Shamanic Healing

Firmly rooted in ancient indigenous cultures throughout the world, Shamanic Healing has been practiced continuously for over 100,000 years. It is the oldest form of healing science, arising in a multitude of places all over the world independent of each other.

Shamanic Healing is based on the premise that everything has a physical presence that is visible to the eye, but also a spiritual presence that is the repository of its personal power. Power can be lost through any kind of emotional or physical distress: minor everyday stresses and worries; relationships that are not supportive; any level of physical, emotional or mental abuse; severe traumatic experiences; medical issues such as surgery. Most often, this loss of power manifests as grief, illness, feeling drained, empty, overwhelmed, incomplete, or disconnected, and general dis-ease of any kind.

During a Shamanic Healing session, the practitioner connects with the client's energetic Self in order to retrieve a very specific, detailed and beautiful metaphorical narrative that is germane to the issue at hand. This Shamanic narrative can help a client reunite with their ancestral power or initiate healing on a deep personal level.
